LandClan delivers a complete, 3D architectural visualization of potential properties on any given land parcel, including all key property attributes and characteristics. It also shows the optimal position for buildings and road networks and the utility networks to service them. To complete the picture, a sustainability score is calculated for each unit and the scheme as a whole. Carbon offset and return to nature opportunities are also defined, using Crowther Lab’s expertise.
